At Baylor Scott & White, 95% of our eligible facilities are designated or officially on the journey to designation status. Our senior leadership team expects all of our facilities to earn the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Magnet status or Pathway to Excellence designation.

Pathway to Excellence

Granted by the ANCC, the Pathway to Excellence designation recognizes healthcare organizations for healthy work and positive practice environments where nurses can excel. Designated organizations demonstrate excellence in nursing practice and leadership through collaborative interdisciplinary professional practice, low turnover and vacancy rates, and high job satisfaction.
