Accreditation

Baylor Scott & White Health is accredited with distinction as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. Earn 7.5 contact hours upon successful completion of this activity.

PT/OT and Social Worker credits will be provided, pending approval. PT: This activity is provided by the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners Accredited Provider and meets continuing competence requirements for physical therapist and physical therapist assistant licensure renewal in Texas. OT: This course may qualify for 7.5 CEs for OT. It is the responsibility of the OT to determine is this course meets the TBOTE requirement for Continuing Education. TBOTE states that professional development activities that meet the requirements must be directly concerned with one or more of the following: OT practice as defined in the OT Rules (§362.1), health conditions treated by OT, ethical or regulatory matters in OT, or OT documentation or reimbursement for OT services.

We request that all attendees pre-register to assure the availability of all presentation materials.

The organizers will not be responsible for reimbursement of airline fees and other accommodation expenses. Walk-in registrations are accepted, but we cannot guarantee seating or presentation materials the day of the conference.

Cancellation of registration must be received in writing no later than Friday March 1, 2019. No refund will be made after that date.
