Our fellows are actively involved in Health Economics and Outcomes Research – from tailored graduate-level coursework, robust population-based research initiatives, collaborations with the pharmaceutical industry and specialty drug utilization management – our program prepares you for a versatile career in this evolving field.

Baylor Scott & White Health, in conjunction with the University of Texas (UT) College of Pharmacy, offers this two-year fellowship to prepare talented individuals with a strong interest in pursuing a career in Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) for positions in areas including managed care, pharmaceutical industry, consulting and academia.

Our fellows earn a Master of Science degree in Health Outcomes from the Division of Health Outcomes at the UT College of Pharmacy upon completion of required didactic courses and successful thesis defense.

Baylor Scott & White hosts two fellows each year: One fellow for the internally funded Baylor Scott & White fellowship program, and one fellow for the Novartis-sponsored fellowship program. Information found on this website pertains only to the internally funded fellowship program. For details regarding the Novartis-sponsored program and how to apply, please refer to Novartis recruitment materials.
